Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook the pasta based on the instructions.
Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and saute for 5 minutes then add garlic, saute for 1 minute.
Add the diced tomatoes (with juices), basil, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together.
Add chicken broth and tomato paste. Simmer for 5 minutes or until tomato paste dissolves.
Reduce heat to low. Cut cream cheese into small cubes and whisk them into the sauce until it has dissolved and becomes creamy.
Add half of the parmesan and whisk it into the sauce, once it has blended in add the rest and simmer until combined. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Once your pasta is finished add it into the sauce with the spinach and mix everything together. After, everything is evenly combined, turn down the heat, and allow spinach to wilt for about 3 minutes.
Top with parmesan cheese and fresh black pepper!
