
Cauliflower is the new thing if you are trying to cut down on the carbs. I have been hearing a lot about Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Pizza and decided to give it a try. If you have been following my blog or have seen any of my youtube videos, you are probably aware that I love Trader Joe’s.
I love trying new products because there are so many different healthy options. I am someone who looks at the ingredients with everything I buy. However, that does not always stop me! I think it is safe to say we all love pizza, but it can make you feel like crap after due to all of the carbs.
Cauliflower Pizza is something that I have heard a lot about recently and want to eventually try to make it myself. But that is for another post. Keep reading to see what I think about the Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Pizza Crust.
What is Cauliflower Pizza Crust?
A pizza crust that is made from cauliflower, corn flour, cornstarch, potato starch, olive oil, and salt.
The Process:
The instructions advise you to cook each side for about 10-12 minutes and if you want to make is crispier broil it for 4-5 minutes. I broiled it for 4 minutes, put the toppings on, broiled it again for 4 minutes.
I topped it with tomato basil marinara, jalapenos, sauteed mushrooms, pepperoni, mozzarella, and a little bit of goat cheese. Add seasonings such as Italian, oregano, garlic, and red pepper for more flavor.
Other Toppings:
- Basil
- Ham
- Bacon
- Onions
- Peppers
- Black Olives




Final Verdict Of Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Pizza:
I honestly thought it was really good for what it was! Of course, it is not going to taste like delicious fresh dough pizza… BUT it is a healthier alternative that I can work with.
I will say you can taste the cauliflower a lot, which is not bad but you want to make sure you had toppings and sauce. I would definitely buy it again and recommend that you try it!
