No Bake Monster Cookie Fiber Energy Balls

I have been obsessed with these high fiber energy balls! Usually, I like to have at least one a day to add some more fiber into my diet. Adding more fiber into your diet is so important and I will do post all about it soon! I will have these in the morning when I am not trying to have a big meal or before a workout. In the morning I will have coffee with my favorite fiber powder and one of these. This combo will keep me full all morning and I do not feel like eating at all for a few hours. All of these ingredients have health benefits on their own, besides the m&m’s! Oats contain soluble fiber and are rich in antioxidants. Peanut butter makes everything taste better in my opinion. I like to get peanut butter that only has unsalted peanuts listed in the ingredients. Adding honey is going to help combine everything together. It is important to add chia seeds and flax seeds in order to extra fiber and antioxidants!


  • 2 Cups of Oats
  • 1 Cup of Peanut Butter
  • ¼ Cup of Honey
  • 1 Tbsp. of Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. of Flax Seed
  • 1 Tsp of Vanilla Extra
  • ½ Cup of m&m’s

When mixing the ingredients together you may want to add a splash of water if you are having a hard time. Make sure it is only a little so it does not get too wet.
