Hard boiled eggs are my favorite to make on Sunday’s to prepare for the week. You can them for breakfast, a snack, or add them into a salad. I personally love to have one or two before class. They keep me full without feeling lazy or bloated. I like to add pepper and pink Himalayan salt as well. But nothing beats hard boiled eggs in a salad…. seriously it is the best. I have always had a hard time getting them to be perfect but I finally got it! Let me know how it works for you 🙂
