Low Carb Chicken Chili Recipe

This low carb chicken chilli is seriously so yummy and has very little carbs, thank you cream cheese! Of course, cream cheese is not exactly healthy… but only about 3 carbs for this serving. I love making this recipe because you literally cook the chicken in a crockpot, or however you would like, and then combine everything into a pot for about 20 minutes. I mean it really does not get much easier than that! This recipe is so simple but has so much flavour that even my little brother likes it.

No Bake Monster Cookie Fiber Energy Balls

I have been obsessed with these high fiber energy balls! Usually, I like to have at least one a day to add some more fiber into my diet. Adding more fiber into your diet is so important and I will do post all about it soon! I will have these in the morning when I am not trying to have a big meal or before a workout. In the morning I will have coffee with my favorite fiber powder and one of these. This combo will keep me full all morning and I do not feel like eating at all for a few hours.

Peanut Butter Protein Balls Recipe

I love making peanut butter protein balls every Sunday or Monday to prepare for the week. They only take about 10 minutes to make and you only need a few ingredients. I like to have them before or after a workout because they are really light but also packed with protein. The best part is that you do not have to bake or cook them! The first time I went to trader joe’s was a few weeks ago and I fell in love. First the prices of course, but they also have a product selection that you will not find at any other grocery stores. How to Make Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs

Hard boiled eggs are my favorite to make on Sunday’s to prepare for the week. You can them for breakfast, a snack, or add them into a salad. I personally love to have one or two before class. They keep me full without feeling lazy or bloated. I like to add pepper and pink Himalayan salt as well. But nothing beats hard boiled eggs in a salad…. seriously it is the best. I have always had a hard time getting them to be perfect but I finally got it!

I have been obsessed with turmeric lately and try to add it to drinks or meals whenever I can! It can be very strong in the beginning so I recommend only using a little at first. Adding this to your daily routine is going to naturally detox you and boost your metabolism.

Shrimp Tacos Recipe

SHRIMP! My favorite food besides steak that I no longer can have because I stopped eating red meat 🙁 I know very sad. Anyways shrimp tacos are extremely quick and easy to make… literally 15-20 minutes at most. If you do not use cheese and sour cream it is a very healthy meal, but I like to add just a little. I thought well the label says it has all of these different fruits and vegetables in it. How can it possibly be bad for you? A couple of months ago I started to really look and understand the nutrition labels. When I saw that Naked Juice has over 28 grams of sugar in just one of them I was disgusted.
