Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe

A hot pumpkin spice latte is the perfect way to get into the fall vibe. I did not want to spend $5 at Starbucks every time I want one, so I decided to make it myself! This recipe is way healthier and if you do not use whipped cream or honey, it is vegan. I sometimes use Agave as a substitute for honey. Here is a recipe for vegan whipped cream.  Pumpkin is high in Vitamin A, antioxidants, and an immunity booster. Ingredients

2 tbsp of pumpkin

1 1/2  cup of almond milk

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp honey

1 cup of coffee

whipped cream

Instructions for Pumpkin Spice Latte

  1. Put stove on medium heat
  2. Add pumpkin
  3. Slowly add almond milk while stirring
  4. Add vanilla, pumpkin spice, and cinnamon
  5. Add a cup of coffee or pour into coffee ( I like to let it all heat up together in the pot)
  6. Put into a mug, add whipped cream
  7. Top off with pumpkin pie spice
