Ginger helps to stimulate the break down of food, which promotes motility in the gastronintestinal tract. It can also help prevent health problems like dyspepsia, a common condition of impaired digestion. The symptoms include pain, heartburn, and fullness.

How to Make Guacamole Quick and Easy

I love guacamole and will literally eat it out of the bowl with a spoon lol! The good thing is it is completely healthy and actually has many benefits. Guac is loaded with folate and Vitamin E which will both reduce your risk of heart disease. Avocados have healthy fats and lots of fiber which will help you stay fuller for longer. The healthy fats are are monounsaturated fats that promote weight loss. Something that is very interesting to me is that guacamole can help reduce your chances of cancer. Avocados contain compounds that destroy pre-cancerous oral cells, without harming the healthy cells. Long story short it is mostly the avocados lol, but it is basically just them mashed up with seasoning! This is great for Mexican night, a snack, a spread, or to dip pita chips into! I eye everything out like I do with most things sorry #professional.
